I grew up watching his comedic act. As a kid, I thought he was so funny but didn't realize meanings behind his jokes.

I have the utmost respect for Zarganar. His courage and love for Burma and Burmese people that reside in his one thumb is bigger than all the military, brainless blind soldiers and generals combined. There's no comparison. Burmese military is so disgusting, so gutless and brainless. They're the enemy of the common Burmese people. I praise Zarganar along with Kyaw Thu. Not only that, I also pray for them that they'd be well everyday. Aung San Su Kyi is included of course. I hope I'll be lucky enough to meet Zarganar one day and let him know how grateful I am for things he's done for Burma, and how courageous person he is.

I always admire Ko Zaganar and his works. He is one of ten of thousands of hero in Burma. I admire all peoples who oppose brutal military regime in Burma. We should not stop fighting against Than Shwe leads military regime until all political prisoners freed from prison and until we get true democracy in Burma.
Obviously, new government will change nothing in Burma. Freedom must be getting by ourselves and no one else will come and give us.

Zaganar aka Ko Thura is a good comedian and is well loved by the entire people of Burma. There is n actor in Burma that is willing to take risk rather than Zaganar. I salute him for his courage and self sacrifice for the people of Burma. Nowadays Actors are no more than puppets of the present Military Regime. Those that Direct films to the likeness of the Junta are awarded Academy Awards. So Zargana who jokes on the Junta will never get an Academy Award for his criticism but he gets the Love of the entire Burmese People. I salute him for his efforts and I thank this producer for making this film.
