During the meeting between the two, Khin Nyunt reportedly confirmed that Burma would cooperate with Vietnam to make ASEM successful.
Burma’s weekly Myanmar Times, reported that Vietnam sent invitation letters to all new members, including Burma. The official quoted in the article said the country will also take part in a meeting in next week to prepare for the summit.
