Quote “Myanmar has enough clean, abundant, cheap fuel at hand in form of natural gas which leaves very little carbon foot print…..” Dawei Special Economic Zone will need energy to run, using Gas power plant will be cost efficient and will safe guard our environment. Furthermore, we should monitor how they are taking care of industrial waste. Dumping into our sea will destroy our marine life & business of fishing.

Congrats! Myanmar for canceling the coal-fired mega power plant! If Thailand wants dirty energy, it should build on its own territory, but not on the pristine shores of Tavoy!

Dawei Power Plant Canceled; this is the best news for the day. Myanmar has enough clean, abundant, cheap fuel at hand in form of natural gas which leaves very little carbon foot print and I hope that Thailand realizes by exporting polluting industries abroad, is like having HIV and still having unprotected sex; you are polluting and contaminating everyone as pollution respects no boundaries..
