Good cartoon. He is crying coz he is worrying for his food. Burmese gov is absolutely like this cartoon. Burmese gov is taking too much of our natural resources as their own. Now again without the agreement of the Burmese people they plan to sell one of our most precious river to CHINA. I hate this guy.. Just making a fake tears.
