Remember this was the country Burma 'derecognised' when agents of that country exploded a bomb killing many of South Korean cabinet ministers? In Burmese saying, "where there's garbage, comes the dogs' excrement" [amaikshi-yar, kweichee-lar]. The ICC should also put the leaders of both countries on trial for their crimes against humanity.
